ASC and Two Riding Modes as Standard.
To optimally adapt to your requirements, the R 1200 R has the two riding modes "Rain" and "Road" as standard. Alongside the standard BMW Motorrad ABS, you also have the automatic stability control ASC on board for increased safety when accelerating.
Dynamic ESA for Optimal Riding Dynamics in All Situations.
With the Dynamic ESA (Electronic Suspension Adjustment) available as special equipment, you can also heighten the dynamic riding experience atop the R 1200 R once again. Dynamic ESA adjusts the suspension depending on the riding status and riding manoeuvres automatically to suit the conditions: for even more riding safety, performance and comfort.
